This Privacy Policy explains what information Strikr ("we") collects when you use the website, dashboard, and @strikrxyz bot on X (the "Service"), how we use it, and your choices. We aim to collect as little as possible.
1. Information we collect
- X account info — when you Connect with X (OAuth) or message the bot, we receive your X user ID and handle. We do not receive your X password.
- Wallet & activity — the blockchain address we create for you, your bet history, fees, and balances we read from the public blockchain.
- Message content — the text (and images) of bets you send, so we can interpret and place them.
- Technical data — your IP address and request metadata, used for security and rate-limiting, and a preferred language we infer from your messages.
- Usage analytics — aggregate, de-identified usage data (pages viewed, visitor counts, approximate region, device/browser) collected via Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve the Service.
2. Cookies & analytics
We use a strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you logged in after you Connect with X. It is signed, HTTP-only, and not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
We also use Google Analytics (Firebase) to measure aggregate, anonymized usage such as page views and visitor counts. This may set first-party analytics cookies in your browser. You can opt out of analytics via your browser settings, a Do-Not-Track / Global Privacy Control signal, or Google's opt-out tools — the Service works the same with analytics disabled. We do not run advertising trackers and do not sell your data.
3. How we use your information
- To create your wallet, interpret your bets, and place and settle them.
- To show your balance, history, and receipts.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and excessive use, and to keep the Service secure.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Service providers we rely on
To run the Service we share the minimum necessary data with:
- Privy — secure custody of your wallet keys.
- Azuro Protocol & the Base blockchain — to place and settle bets. Note that blockchain transactions are public and permanent; your wallet address and bets are visible on-chain to anyone.
- X (Twitter) — authentication and bot messaging.
- An AI model provider — the text/images of your bet requests are processed to interpret them. We send only what's needed to understand the bet.
- Hosting & infrastructure (e.g. Railway, Cloudflare, an RPC provider) — to operate, secure, and deliver the Service.
- Google Analytics / Firebase — aggregate usage analytics to understand traffic and improve the Service.
5. On-chain data is public
Bets, transfers, and balances live on a public blockchain. We cannot make on-chain data private or delete it. Linking your X identity to a wallet is inherent to how the Service works.
6. Data retention
We keep account and bet records for as long as your account is active and as needed for security, accounting, and legal purposes. You can request deletion of off-chain data we hold (on-chain records cannot be removed).
7. Your choices and rights
- You can withdraw your funds and stop using the Service at any time.
- You can request access to, or deletion of, the off-chain personal data we hold about you by emailing us.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us to exercise them.
8. Children
The Service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us and we will remove their data.
9. Security
We use industry practices to protect the Service, including encrypted connections, signed sessions, rate-limiting, and TEE-backed key custody via Privy. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your X account secure.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
